Mr. Nitin these kind of people understand only one language. The guard or their supervisors all are having a mind set that those people are living here will not protest and they can do whatever they want. we should protest and if required should answer them in their own language.

I am narrating the following incident which I have witnessed today morning i.e. 20.12.2012. I was waiting for my pool partener Sh. Kamal Singh outside the Prateek, The Royal Cliff at around 0830 Hrs. I saw one truck which was initially stopped by the security guards deployed by M/s Crossings Infra from coming towards the Prateek. Suddenly I saw the truck after being permitted by these security guards coming on the road outside the Prateek towards Crossings. After sometime, I saw one security guard coming to the driver who was waiting for this security guard. To my surprise, I found the truck driver giving money to this security guard which he handed over to another person, who seemed to be his supervisor.
 
In the meantime, Mr. Kamal Singh also came out and I informed him about the incident. When we asked these people that they are not allowing the trucks carrying the domestic goods of the residents to come this way, why they are alllowing the other trucks to come this side. The supervisor Sh. P.D. Sharma told that the driver has given toll for which he has already taken the slip from the booth on the other side. Then the bigger question is when the driver has paid the toll at the booth, then he must have paid the money also at that gate. It is not understood then why this money was paid here. On top of that, Mr. P.D. Sharma blatantly told us to inform whomsoever you want to, you can inform.
 
This raises the following questions for the residents of Crossings Republic:
 
1    Why the residents trucks carrying domestic goods are not being allowed in from the respective society gate when these people are allowing trucks, tractors and auto rickshaws etc.
 
2    If the guards deployed by M/s Crossings Infra have such attitude towards the residents who have spent their hard earned earnings of life for purchasing the flats, then such ill mannered security personnel who are getting salary out of the money paid by us need to be replaced immediately. 
 
This issue is of serious concern and needs to be attended to immediately.
