If you have the time, you can read all the documents you will sign,

upon reading them you will find that there is nothing that you can do, as documents are heavily in favor of Builder.

Advise to you is to take possesion of your flat and try to see that it is as close to Specs as promised.

I have given all the documents to Mahagun for possession and flat seems to be ready. We may be going for possession next week, can you please advise what all to take care of while signing documents?
