Dear Vineet,

In that case, did you paid that penalty amount or you got waiver on the account that when Panchsheel is not paying any penalty for delay in possession. Why should we ??

Make sure you check the calculation twice, thrice as they did blunder by charging me 1.5L extra in the final demand letter. I checked every calculation and basis that my penalty amount also reduced to some nominal amount only.
