Those who are applying for the BSNL new connection, please do not make any cash payment to any BSNL representative.
Please submit the cash yourself at BSNL office.
He is not submitting the cash at BSNL on time and only submitting the cash after rigrous follow up.
Due to this it is taking more than a month in getting connection in case you are lucky. I am still waiting for the connection.
Those who are facing this issue, please write to the BSNL Officials at emails as below:

I had given the form and cash to Kamal Singh. I had to follow up so much
with him and he submitted my form after a long time. I had to collect my
receipt from Kamal Singh from his BSNL Raj Nagar office.
