When petrol price, gas price hike happens by govt of India we people keep going office and keep silence on the issues never protest.
When cars are parked in the common area(on road peripheral road) in GH-7 all GH-7 people keep silence (I mean majority by saying all)
When cars enter into the premises without sticker all GH-7 people keep silence. They say it is normal and there is no problem
When security is compromised then no problem. The lazy guards/security is normal . We keep silence for these issues.
When unwanted outsiders enter GH-7 just keep silence and say this is normal no problem.
When builder construct villa you keep silence.
When CIPL stops your way to reach the greater noida near pulia you keep silence and obey the order (did you know travelling via glass get to reach the pulia saberi cost around at least 5-10 INR per day per car) You did not think about this how to make the journey traffic free
When GDA did not construct park and road for your place we keep silence.

Paying RS 3 per backup unit is not a big thing.all aforementioned problems are more devastating than just talking about the Rs 3 per unit hike.
IF WE REALLY WANT TO PROTEST THEN PROTEST AGAINST GOVERNMENT/GDA - WHY THEY DO NOT PROVIDE 24 HRS MAIN ELECTRICITY.
Then why you break your silence when it comes to only 3 rs per unit ? even that is backup not the main electricity
PAY THE MONEY AND please KEEP silence FOLLOWING WHAT YOUR GOVERNMENT DECIDE, THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE IS JUST A SMALL ENTITY THEY FOLLOW THE GOVERNMENT ORDERS FOR HIKES AND THEY CAN NOT MAKE THE DISEL PRICE LOW. SO THEY SHOULD HIKE IT.
IN MY OPINION THESE ISSUES ARE ONLY VERY VERY FEW PERSON PROBLEM THE MAJORITY IN GH-7 IS STILL DO NOT CARE ABOUT these issues.

Majority decide how our place or we should be categorized as - the best society or the worst society. Now it is right time to
Either solve all aforementioned issues together with time lines and ZERO TOLERANCE within a month or just keep going with these issues.
I request RWA and RWA President of GH-7 to consult all individual person about
1) Do they want the best security or the worst
2) Do they want the best society discipline or the worst
3) Do they want a residential place or a commercial hub
4) Do they want clear or the not clear procedures
Take the majority consent within A MONTH , PUBLISH It on the NOTICE BOARD , Check what MAJORITY WANTS and Then PLEASE FOLLOW THE SAME.
If MAJORITY WANTS TO MAKE THE BEST ( Change everything within a month and make it BEST) else Let it going the way it is going never PROTEST.

But applying service tax per unit is not legal......... i guess.........why they have done so when they are already taking service tax added in maintanence electricity etc charges monthly.........from all of us...........how can we all gather and take appropriate action as builder is charging more then required???????????

It has actually been hiked to Rs. 13.5 only. The 15.17 figure that you have seen is inclusive of service tax of 12.36%.
We all are perturbed by this hike. But we need an appropriate forum where we can raise this issue simultaneously ensuring that it will be heard.
