Hi guys.......Updates on the meeting held with Mr. Atul Vasistha (Saviour) on 2nd December 2012:
1. Currently they are sending possession letter for Tower A-1 to A-4
2. Till 21st December they will ready the raw flat.
3. You have to visit Saviour Office on or after 21st December to clear all your dues (If Any) and as per me, they have imposed interest charges on every owner from day 1 on day to day basis......and most of them was saying that they have imposed approx Rs. 1 Lacs each to every owner citing different different illogical reason....and u have to discuss your case with the person to whom you have dealt with at the time of booking of flat.
4. After clearing ur dues Saviour will give you NOC and then u have to taking NOC from the bank (In Bank finance case) for no outstanding, they
will recommend to a lawyer to complete the registry formalities.
5. After giving them registry documents they will ask for time for approx 3 months (Right now they are saying upto 31st March) to do the final touch of ur flat, ie you will get ur complete flat in April 1st week.
5. Till then they are saying they will complete the basement part, and other necessary amenities.....
6. There will be demarcation between Phase -1 & Phase -2, so that labour movement should not be there.
7. Proper security along with CCTV camera will be installed.
8. Phase-2 possession date they are giving for December 2013.

Note: Pls add ur name, flat number and contact detail on the file of this group if you not done till now.

  • Praveen Antal On Penalty....he told us that u pls get in touch with the person wo whom u have finalized the flat......we also had the same question for 2 yrs maintenance charges was also included in the package dela on that question also...he has given the same answer...pls get in touch with concerned person.......so...get in touch with the concerned person and pls share the outcome....

What is the status of proposed meeting on 2.12.2012.
How many of you gathered there, what was the agenda of discussion and what is future course of action.
I was not present in the town on sunday so I could not meet my future neighbourers so keep informing that what you are planning to do.

We (Nikhil & Me) are one of the moderator of this group. NIkhil e-mail id is mentioned in cc on this mail.
 
And many of them received the possession letters in last 2-3 days time.
 
We all are meeting Near Crossing site (Main Round About - Fountain) at 12 Noon on coming Sunday (2nd December) at Crrossing Republic.
 
Those who are livng near by area can come and can join us on Sunday to discuss furher modus operandi.

Yup,

Transmission line reached to Saviour campus...
Landscaping around the building is in good shape and on  fast track...
Lift started...so it seems we are near to possession....

But before that we need to know one another (each saviour residents interactions on net )  and form a kind of active RWA / Team who may have responsibility to talk or interact with Saviour Team for best facilities & security for their residents.

Great to know that we are about to get posession of our flats but from the pics, you have attached, lot of work outside the tower seens pending. Evan painting from outside is not complete.
