It is also talking about expiry of authorization granted by UPPCB..does this means that earlier the authorisation was there ? And prayer washed down..means the pettition diluted and automatically there will be no construction due to authorisation expirry ? Can somebody pls explain

Update on Supreme court is as below. What I make out from this is that next (probably final) hearing is on 30th Apr 13 and till than stay order has been given for any construction activity.
