Please find the attached order dated 3/9/2013 passed by the Learned Special Officer, GDA (Competnet Authority under U.P. Apartment Act 2010) in WINDSOR PARK, 5 -Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram..
The Competent Authority has made it clear that the promoter/builder who has been directed by the Authority to hand over the common areas and facilities cannot deny to carry out the handing over as ordered and carry on increasing the other monthly charges without deciding the time line of handing over and details of the rate with the association.
This is to put pressure on the builder/promoter to handover the common areas and facilities as per the U.P.Apartment Act 2010.
So please support FED OF AOA.
