Re: [CROMA] Need Help - Urgent

Legally it is possible; you need to give her the General Power of Attorney which she can use it on your behalf.
But talk to your builder if they don't have any issue.

Subject: [CROMA] Need Help - Urgent

Hi All,

I am main applicant and my wife is co-applicant in allotment letter. My home loan is running on my name.

Can my wife get the registry done on my behalf? If yes, then what documents are required from my side?

If no, is there a solution for this?

Thanks,
Ajay Gupta
