Yes Vibgyor was there always........since day 1........but i dont think there was any condition for meter, but yes construction repair i.e. tiles etc had that condition to get it done in 1 year........phir bhi u confirm from them once again......

Do Vigyor Mgmt. was there then? Was there any condition that if something goes wrong within an year or so of handover it will be taken care ?

We had fault in both inside and outside meter in year 2011 and crossing management replaced it free of cost......i guess they should not charge from u also.....its their work to repair it.

Hi Himanshu,

As per my opinion all the metering or monitoring devices/assets doesnt belongs to the end users like we are, all the metring devices are provided from the developer side. 

So the cost of the repairing, replacemnet or calibration for the same should not be pay by us. Better you talk to Facility Manager or Estate Manager rather than Electrician in office.

Hi All,

Can any fellow GH-07 resident let me know whether any-time have they done or, known about the electricity meter getting repaired. 

Society electrician says  that some Jack within the meter need to be repaired and the maintenance office is demanding 1700/- to get it repaired. As per them, time to have it repaired is 3 months.

To me, the price and duration both are unacceptable. Can anyone share some experience regarding the same.
