Ajay,
I think you can do by giving a "SPOA" to your wife. I have done it in NOIDA.
* SPOA --> Special Power of Attorney
Thanks,

Hi All,
I am main applicant and my wife is co-applicant in allotment letter. My home loan is running on my name.
Can my wife get the registry done on my behalf? If yes, then what documents are required from my side?
If no, is there a solution for this?
Thanks,
Ajay Gupta
