Dear Valued Residents & CROMA Members,
Although CROMA Legal Committee briefed Mr. Amit Sibal thoroughly by having detailed conference on last Saturday and Mr. Sibal was present in the court today as well as CIPL Sr. Advocate - Mr. Kavin Gulati and Mr. Sharma from CIPL was also present in the Court. But unfortunately Ansal's Senior Advocate Mr. Gopal Subramaniam was not present as he was out of town therefore Ansal took adjournment through appearance of some other Sr. advocate Mr. Rakesh Diwedi to file some documents and request for two weeks of adjournment.
Accordingly on request of Ansal, the matter adjourned for 2 weeks. Today's order can be check on the website by today evening or tomorrow.
We will update you further as per listing status on the website.
