Dear Residents @ Crossings Republik

Please do not get panic. Things are under investigation with SBI as well as CIPL to have clarity on the subject . Now through information on this group it came to my knowledge that few residents has approved loan through SBI subsidiaries & associates bank such as State Bank of Indore, State Bank of Bikaner etc. Simultaneously this has noticed that few other multinational banks Citibank, HSBC and might be others are not giving loan and funding for Crossings Republik for some technicalities on land. 

Please take note this does not have as such any negative impact on the township so do not get panic. CROMA team has initiated the process and is keeping track with CIPL to check about loan facility through SBI and other public sector banks which are reputed one and to provide loan with cheapest ROI in comparison to all other private and multinational banks.         

Question is, if SBI has opened a branch @ Crossings Republik ,then why housing loan facility is not available for the residents. What are the problems /legal loop holes on the land title, if any, that need clarity from CIPL.

@ Prashant, this is what I got information today. I am finding the reason with SBI and the reason given is very shocking by the Top Legal Team of SBI. I will share the details with the residents soon. First, let me confirm with the person who has actually taken loan from SBI or not for Crossings Republik.
