Make a registered Power of Attorney in your wife's favour through some Advocate or deed writer in the Tehsil / registrar's office.

I am main applicant and my wife is co-applicant in allotment letter. My home loan is running on my name.

 

Can my wife get the registry done on my behalf? If yes, then what documents are required from my side?

 

If no, is there a solution for this?
