I have talked to GoldCOast, they are quoting 3800/sqft and 2BHK come in 40-43/lacs

@Deepak,
Yesterday I saw advertisement in Jaipuria, they are offering 2990/sqft for Ready to move project till 30th Sep. but reputation of Jaipuria is not good. If you don't have builder restriction then can go for Jaipuria.

You can check in Gold Coast and near by there is one more project, should get flat in this range...
