Hi All,

For Skytech, we are following on monthly Maintenance

Maintenance - 1.75 / sq feet + service tax 12.36 %
Power Back up - 150 / KW( 2kw backup = 300)
Fixed Electricity Meter charge = 328 PM
Pre paid device /software = 34
