Sitting in ac homes and offices you don't realise the plight of small farmers whose land has been taken by these builders in cartel with politicians. Do you at what rate these farmers got compensation for there land in Noida extension just rs. 875 per Sq ft. They went to supreme court for higher compensation where on 4th Feb 2015 they won the case against greater noida. Current rate of land in Noida extension is around 40k per Sq ft. So giving just 875 is what . Is it not blatant daylight roberry

poor farmers roam in BMWs / Fortuners with those money instead of saving in banks and when money is exhausted they protest that they were not given enough compensation. 

NH24 widening work to 14 lanes is going to start this year. Nitin Gadkari has already taken this project on priority.

It is a problem created by our corrupt politicians. The authorities earned huge lot of money from us and poor farmers by way of taxes and selling land to builders at huge profit. The politicians and employees of greater noida authority,  gda etc made huge amount of black money by forcefully taking land of poor farmers at absurd low rates and selling us high flats at high rate without providing any basic road infrastructure.  Against the corrupt policies of modi government and some states like UP where they are doing massive corruption by forecully acquisition of land of poor farmers Ana is launching massive protest tommorow.

I have my apartment in xing republik and I was planning to shift there in this March however I have to revisit my decision now as getting to xing republik is not easy....The road from xing to Gaur chowk and further till sec 71 Noida is always plunged into total darkness. The road to xing via shahberi is pathetic and I was just wondering that to pass merely 1.5 km stretch, it takes almost 1.5 hrs. NH 24 is also jammed and in worst state as always..Xing republik is indeed a great place to live however getting into xing is not less than a nightmare, the GDA must have got a decent money by registry charges and central govt too must have got decent share by service tax etc...still this apathy..
