Airtel quality of Internet is good but something seriously wrong with their data billing counter. In Arihant they have started operation in last month and whoever has gone for Airtel Connection is facing issue of very high data consumption. In my case i have been inyimated that in 12 days I have consumed 16 GB which looks very difficult as in BSNL I jave never consumed more than 8 GB. Same is the experience with other 5 ppl out of that they have done something for 2 connection and it's normal at their place. There customer service is pathetic they want everything in platter than only they look for solution it took me follow up of 3 days for start of alert on my mobile.
