This case is the one between Ansal builder & UP govt. (wrt land dispute).
I thought there was another parallel case which was filed by CROMA against UP govt. (wrt dumping ground near residential area and environment pollution), for which residents of CR have contributed. Whether that contribution is still not utilized, since obviously this amount should not go the case between Ansals & UP govt.
