Re: [CROMA] Looting Incident near Gaur Circle

 

Dear All:

Yesterday, I saw an interceptor parked just before Hindon bridge, while coming from Sector 71 side at 9:23 p.m. At the same time, I saw a similar vehicle doing patrols on the opposite road too.

Thanks to all of you for bringing this issue to the notice of the authorities.

The below mentioned suggestions were forwarded to the local authorities, request all to do the same with additions/edition.

1. Auto theft wing of the police should be notified immediately so that this gang can be busted. There is a trend to all these robberies.
2. Increase patrolling frequencies between Surajpur, (Greater Noida) and Gaur Circle.
3. Install a police chowki at Gaur Circle immediately.
4. Motorcycle borne policemen to patrol the area between the said time period.
5. Installation of CCTV at vantage points.

PS: Of note, I am personally sad and surprised to see a handful responding to this mail trail, as if they feel they are not affected by this--I hope they are right and these incidents are never repeated. Request MMJ to post the victim's mail (S204, Arihant Ambience) to sensitize CR residents of the situation we actually are in. My sympathies are with the victims.
