Hi Aakash, Manmohan, Himanshu, Pankaj, Abhishek,

Appreciate your feedback on the place.

I never expect the Delhi sort of uninterrupted supplies (mainly electricity for example) to be available at CR. However this is true that all your feedback gave me more positive vibes about the place, whereas few people might be spreading negativity about CR whatever the reasons might be.

It is obvious that owning a place is a very hard earned and prized component, and I am sure it would be a altogether different feeling as well.

That's true even as well, every place has its own merits and demerits.

Vikram, your Friend is true about pollution levels. and yes
it may be high then NCR but its not less in delhi or other
places. recently thwre was a survey which said delhi
pullution has increased despite all measures.
For your knowledge other issues are
as follows:- Daily commuting problem to Noida or
Delhi via both NH24 or Shaberi Village.- Dumping
Ground (like Gazipur) which is about to come near CR.
Although court case is going on but it has already
started.- As its UP not even Noida condition of
Power is not that good as NCR(Delhi).- And many
more you will notice once you shift here.
But despite all this I am Happy to
Own a flat here. Its a great place yo leave.-
Nicely maintained township (provided we keep it this
way).- Affordable rates as compared to
NCR- Good amount of facilities (Depends on your
Society)- And owning a place is always a good
feel no matter if its CR or NCR or any other
R.
Feel Happy that you
own a House now and move in.

That was very sarcastic.



By the way, I am not aware of others who used to post with
what sort of messages, however I am very new to this group,
recently registered my flat, so I was bit skeptical after
the review from my office colleague (Mr. Ajay Gupta)
actually sold his flat after making few profit.



I want to move to CR in few months to come so just want to
make sure if there any ongoing issues which somebosy else
also noted.
