As per up apartment act transfer fee of 0.5% to be submitted to AOA and get a NOC from association to get the sale registered

Its better to take it from builder at the time of registering flat. It must clearly state that builder has no objection in the original buyer selling the flat further.

You may have to take no dues certificate from society while selling flat further.

While selling the flat in Crossing Infra, do we have to take some No Objection Certificate from the builder or RWA.
Please advice if anyone knows about the correct process contact details.
