I am Nitish, working in central government, New Delhi. I have a 2 BHK flat( 1270 Sqft- 7th floor)) in GH-07 Crossing , which is available for rent from 01 Nov. 2016. It is an excellent flat located at the south east corner in GH-07. Two Balconies in east and one big L shaped balcony in south, meaning thereby the flat is full of sunlight and air. Wood work and iron grilling has been done. Only two flats on each floor in my block. Covered parking is available. No problem with the owner as I am not a professional.

My expectation is just that family/tenant to keep the flat in good condition like they live in their own house.
