Hi,
Even  I have asked them maintain the card, but they are not doing.

Earlier just after the new connection was taken they had sent me extra bill and after finding my bills I showed them. I also got few points written from them on the bill which he didn't want to write initially like the first few months charges included and all, looking at which and after discussions of half an hour he was convinced for the correct billing.

Actually now I recall that he actually collected from  my wife and had come on Monday though I had asked him to always come on weekday. After that I met at the office and the person came to meet and then rectified all issues.

I do not know if it was intentional or what, but their database seems to be loose.

Card maintenance is a must and croma must advice them on this.

I don't care if you do not value your 5 year long customer relationship.
