Problem is monopoly. No one is providing connection to clement city, they do. Else I have heard enough horror stories to avoid them.
There is so much email traffic against TTPL, even then we choose TTPL. Then we complain. Do we think what has happened to others, won't happen to me? If yes, we need to change our default settings.

Sounds familiar? I saw most people in TTPL office complaining the same way.
