The case which the builders lost in the courts was more due to hiding the facts and cheating than anything else.  
Even if GNN is right in its rights to own the land, it needs to take a holistic view on actually building a dumping ground. 

There seem to be too many angles in the case and we need to strengthen the resident awareness about the issue. 
I agree with the view that we need to look into ways other than legal as well.
