[CROMA] Invited for Cultural Meeting at Crossings Republik Round About at 3 PM on Sunday , Dated 8 Sept'13

Dear All 

We have progressed on many front in last one week but lot of work is still in progress.

For which we have scheduled next meeting on Sunday, 8th Sept'13 at 3.00 PM at Round About ( Fountain chowk, Gol Chakkar) 

Selection of location as round about is done considering safety from direct Sunlight and Rain during selection and training workshop.

You are requested to bring more and more interested kids and their parents along with you who like to perform on stage either in Bal Ramleela or in Cultural Performance.

Director Mr. Dev Chauhan , Vyas Team - Pandit Jee will be there. So selection for different role in Ramleela is being started from the same day. 

In the mean time we have designed Logo for CR Cultural Team which is as attached. 

Logo Description : Here different colour of Human symbol connected with each other represents different ethnic cultural group of people connected township. While raised hand human symbol standing together in center represent celebration and happiness by being together.   

Also sharing the measured layout option 1. 


All the members are requested to share this meeting time and venue  to their respective society residents through mail/ facebook/ whatsapp/sms /call etc.

We also need help from all members here to share their RWA/AAO/Adhoc RWA's mail ID so that official request can be sent to them for participation of cultural active people from each and every society.
