Dear Valued Residents of Crossings Republik and All the RWA/AOA Office Bearers of Crossings Republik Township,
As you all are aware that CROMA has written two letter to CIPL on subject issue in past few months and on 9th Feb 2014, the residents participated in a protest rally with support of CROMA for Roll Back of Township Maintenance Charges (TMC) till following key facilities out of charter of demand is compiled/written commitment is given.
1) Proper Road Connectivity
2) Visitor Parking
3) Sharing of NOC’s / Land Title documents:
4) Sharing of Completion Certificate
5) Uniform Electricity Rate for main Power Supply as per Govt. Prescribed rate
6) Additional ATM
7) Hospital / Emergency Care Centre
8) Provision & Status of Ganga Water / Supply Water
9) Boundary Wall /fencing around the Township and Gate at all entrance.
10) Provision of Fire Station
Further whenever this should be started amount should be decided on the basis of actual expense and it should be on per flat basis instead of per Sq. ft.
After this rally, instead of agreeing to our demand, the builder has started arm twisting and started cutting power connection of societies who have not agreed for making payment of Township Maintenance Charges (TMC).
To come out of this situation, Mr. Amod Giri, a resident of Supertech Livingston started the mass mailer drive to CM/DM/GDA and also started following up with GDA and DM. Yesterday he has received message from DM office for personal meeting. Today i.e. on 20th Feb 2014, a team of 17 residents from different societies went to DM office. Their meeting happened with ADM (City) & DM and post meeting a letter has issued to CIPL not to cut power as electricity bill is being paid on time. Regarding start of TMC and availability of different facility, a separate meeting will be arranged and then it will be decided.
Copy of letter received from ADM (City) is attached herewith. Please find the attachment of the same to read the exact letter.
Heartiest thanks to you all for physical presence and those who could not be present physically but supported morally and contributed with documents/information/ideas at all level to achieve this 1st mile stone. It was united effort of all the residents led by CROMA which yielded this result.
There are many hurdle which we have to cross hence we need to be united and keep this momentum.
Again Thanks to all the Residents!!!
Warm Regards,
Team CROMA
Regards,
Vineet Chopra
