In all probablities matter will be heard the way last order dictated. Its Supreme Court can not predict anything in advance.

Dear All

In simple layman language its meaning is that Hon'ble Supreme Court took a strict view for adjournments taken by U.P.State Govt. & U.P.Pollution Control Board Advocates for many reasons. Now final direction is issued that no further adjournment will be given and matter will finally be heard on 3.03.3014 i.e. coming Monday

Hope this clarifies the query for those who raised the concern.
