just noticed in Crossings website that the covered car parking in main crossing has been increased from Rs 1,50,000 to Rs 2,50,000 and also the per sqf rate has also increased.
I have a 3 BHK flat in Crossing Infra,Can anyone pls let me know the prevailing rent of a semi-furnished flat with modular Kitchen and wall mounted steel almirah's.
Also, how many months security and advance rent is being charged.
