Hi Ravi,
I think Maintainance should only start after you have done the registration and it was dicussed in one of the meetings with Crossing Management that they would start charging for Maintainance from 1 APR 2011 and if the owner does'nt want to go for registration then he would have to pay choukidarana charges (don't remember the exact amount).
On what basis can they ask for Maintainance charges for 2 years?? Will need to raise this together with Crossing.

Anybody who has recently done registration /moved into Crossings Infra please share your contact details. Crossings is asking for maintenace dues for TWO years.
