There is no comparison with NE . CR atleast have golf course for fresh air but noida extension going to have 100s of towers of 25 floors with no parks inside. My friend was exploring all projects of NE and I was with him. Gaur city was pathetic in terms of density , then supertech and amarpali were even worst. I hope you all know that these three builders have 70% of overall project space. If one project is having 10000 flats then except one school will send multiple buses to pick up school kids. Bus won't have bus numbers but named as Ramagya School Gaur City II :).
Do we know if any mall is planned in Noida extension , so far what I have seen is tech zones and institutional area in master plan.
One thing is coming in my mind " Rome was not built in a single day" I would like to say my friends be patient and see...we will definitely see all amenities coming to our beautiful city.
Let's hope for the best and we shall not create a negative syndrome.
Just sharing my personal opinion..anybody else can have different thought..I respect everybody's thought.
Due to this thought at this cost (min in NCR) I have bought the flat here and I have no regret so far.Sent on my BlackBerry® from Vodafone

Subject: Re: [CROMA] नोएडा एक्सटेंशन को मंजूरी मिलीCR has an edge due to RTM and NE will take another 5 years to reach this stage. So I don't think it will impact on the price here. People nowadays (end users) mostly prefer the RTM as they have seen from the experience that builders normally delay their projects. And moreover CR is much better developing and the week end rush here shows how much CR is in demand.

Yes there is not going to be any impact on CR. Infact if builders of NE start increasing prices every quarter like they did in case of Noida expressway projects then it will make NE reaching 3500 to 3600 very soon. And CR should be atleast of same price. Only impact on CR area for those builders who still yet to start any new tower like Assotech which won't get any buyer. But that too when inventory is still available.
But yes in long run when Noida extension will be ready then prices will settle down everywhere.

Yeah good news but won't this lower cost for crossings ? I think there will be impact on crossing demand as soon as raj nagar ext is live

FYI
