Re: Re: [CROMA] Re: Traffic issue on Shahberi road

Dear Mr. Singh (President CROMA)

Thanks for intervention and sharing updates with us.
Sir, This issue need to be addressed on priority. Infact police is also unable to control the situation. Burning fuel for no cause is just silliness. Request you to get this matter expedite as well.
Hope to hear from you soon with solution.

Regards

Dear Vishal,
In the last two meetings with CEO, Crossings Infra. Ltd., Mr. Ashok Kumar, this issue was discussed and we have suggested/ discussed certain solutions and this was one of them because in my view this is the only best solution. You can see my previous e-mail hereunder dated 3rd July, 2012 on the same issue.

The issue raised by Sh. Sunil Ji is very genuine and need immediate attention/ resolution. Guards can not control as no one listens to them. People coming from Shahberi side tends to overtake each other and two lanes traffic turns into 4-5 lane and the blockage starts, which inturn stops traffic from our side also to cross to other side.
Solution that come to my mind is, to mark centre line or fix boulders in the middle of road at Shahberi side and prevent drivers to cross this middle line with the help ofsome police men.
I have personally tried this, but there are so many type of people and after listening some abuses and a possible fight, I dropped the idea, so with the help of police only we can sort out this.
May I fix a meeting with CEO, Crossings Infra Limited preferably on Saturday for this problem. Requesting to please join me.
Regards,

Dear Friends,

Just a suggestion.

How about creating a divider/barrier in this streatch and making traffic to and fro in single way?

This will not only miniature the lanes but also will help to control intersection traffic from villages.

If agree, then why not do voluntary "Shram Dan" and do it at our own this weekend?

It's just a suggestion, you all can correct and suggest further.

Since, presently no other option available for connectivity and we all have to suffer. God Knows when builders / authorities / associations will creat/provide another connectivity.

Totally agree with Anubhav , its haste and selfishness of people that's causing these jams. By creating more lanes these idiots block traffic from both sides causing a total deadlock

Hi,

They are bunch of idiots who don't know that if they follow the lane they will only be benefited. This is the irony that people want the change to happen but don't want to change themselves!! Wish I could be a superhero to punish them for their road behavior. There is no other way of controlling the traffic except common sense here.

Let's be patient enough to understand that a que will have less wait time than people coming in from every possible manner and choked at one point.

Hi

Now a days I avoid this road while coming back from office.Although road is narrow but main culprits are the people. If we stick to two lanes only one for going and one for coming then it will take I guess max 15 minutes to cross.

But it seems every one is in hurry every one tries to overtake every one and result is huge jam blocking incoming traffic.

Yesterday it took me 45 minutes to cross it.

Thanks
