Hi,

Maintenance(office in level 1 parking) guys are the ones responsible to work on this, try escalating this if someone from among them has said so to you. This has occurred in my case, they just need constant chase up and poking.

GH-7 service provider denying to repair and said he was not responsible for that and also said you are not only who paying the maintenance.
