[CROMA] GH7-Who is the responsible to repair if leakage from upper floor

 

Hi,

Please someone know who is right person to repair due to leakage from upper floor.
GH-7 service provider denying to repair and said he was not responsible for that and also said you are not only who paying the maintenance.

Please reply if someone face similar issue what approach they follow.
