In all of the societies outsiders are not allowed and for good. This is a very personal and hygiene specific matter. And water is becoming a rare commodity.
Given the rent these days, every tom, dick, harry can afford to rent out in CR, specially college boys.

In our society we had bad experiences so we had to restrict access to Pool.
