Situation was even worst in phase 2 Mahagun Mascot last night :-((((:
 
1. No power backup from 10:00 PM to 12 in the night.
2. As Maintenance number was constantly engaged, I called Yash (estate manager - csk) at 10:17. Apparently, he wasnt aware of the situation. He assuerd to call me back with update. But his cell was switched from from 10:20 PM onwards.
3. I went to maintenance office and guy there told me sir cable jal gaya hain phase-2 me. Seems he was not aware that I am coming from phase-2. When I asked exact location he just smiled...seems he was taught of giving the answer.
4. Came back to Gate 3 (phase-2) and asked security that where the cable has burnt, no clear answer....Only reponse was that in one hr. power will resume.
5. Finally got the backup at 12 midnight.
6. Main power came at 12:30 or 1:00 I guess but voltage was 183 volts. So A/cs refused to work!!
 
Power situation is turning pathetic day by day....Understand that CSK cant do mutch in power cuts...but at least they can maintain a minimum voltage when mainline is coming. Seems that with more residents shifting the power infrastructure in Mahagun is collapsing.

Electricity being basic necessity needs RWAs immediate attention. If this problem is not tamed now it will create havoc as mercury rises. I have shifted here couple of weeks back and ready to extend support in whatever way possible.

Summers are on peak and power cut have started specially in tower 7 n 8 not sure how is the situation in other towers but here in 7 n 8 backup always has an issue .... Would request tower members let's  meet facility management... Even complaint cell mobile number was not reachable
