Re: [CROMA] Re: Crossings Republik New Pulia behind GH7, Connecting CR to Noida Extension via Gaur Gol Chakkar

As i know, Few amount in maintenance which we are paying every month is for township maintenance(around 0.30 Rs/Squ Feet  ). i believe in future township will also maintained by our maintenance charges.

Hi all,

I have some doubt over maintenance of CR. once all projects and vacant land gets build, CIPL would have no interest in maintaining CR. Also CR is private township so GDA will not act.
Who will take care of internal road repair , park , other common amenities after let say 5years.
Today CIPL must be having lot of inventory as well future project to be developed that ways they are taking interest.
Lot of townships i have seen from ansal/ DLF unitech are in bad shape. Lack of Roads maintenance and other committed common amenities.
Do we have any back of it.

Throw some light on this

Dear All,

I agree with Abhisekh's point of view in this regard.

We will have to make sure outsider traffic don't use this route else or internal CR roads, will be full with crowds by these vehicles.

Some access system should be deployed for CR residents.

thanks & regards

Hi Guys,

This is good news, thanks for sharing the details with everyone . One more point I want to ask everyone's view about, Once pulia will be ready all this shahberi traffic will move there and I don't know how access can be controlled to crossing people only otherwise roads inside crossing will have that kind of traffic.

Thanks,
Abhishek

Hi,

Today I was able to reach Crossing little early and decided to go to the site of Pulia and as mentioned below by Amit, work of New Pulia behind GH7 has started, they have diverted the Nala and wire reinforcement steel was being laid for concreting of foundation.

Attaching herewith photograph of same.

Although work of road on other side was not visible but once Pulia is made village road can be used till direct road on other side gets ready.

Lets hope now this should get completed without any hurdle.

I talked to onsite engineer from CIPL. As per today they have diverted the Naala and were laying the foundation with concrete thick layer on top which they will put the 18 bridge concrete casts which will act as pulia on top of Naala.

The casts will make the culvert 27 meter in width that is i suppose quite wide to have 4 lanes for the traffic to move. He told me that in this week time casts will be put over and then Naala would be diverted back to original path and will flow below the casts.

He told me that road on the other side work is also in good progress and is 400 mtrs in length which they are working on.

All hurdles related to land acquisition from GNDA for road to Gaur Gol chakkar has been done and the new connectivity will be opened to public by June, 13.

This new connectivity will be a big relief for traveling to Noida and will reduce the traveling time by half.

Fingers crossed till then.
