How can we find copy of High Court order...
It would be required along with UP Apartment act copy for making the builder accountable for the same..

Big Builders are Pressurizing Authorities in their own way...
 
Small Builder's lobby demonstrated at GDA office against the implementation of U.P. Apartment Act 2010. Big builders are trying to pressurise the authorities in their own way to linger on implementation of the Act. 
 
However, GDA is is trying to implement the act strictly after the direction on PIL by the honorable court of Allahabad High Court.
 
This is important to note that this Act provides certain benefits and power to all Apartment Owners, Competent Authority as well as to the Builders.
 
Implementation of Act is in the interest of everyone.
