I own a flat in Crossing Infra and my home loan account is running in HDFC but i want it to transfer to some other Nationalized bank because i am not happy with HDFC. For existing customer like me they are charging 10.90% interest rate and for new customers they are giving home loan at 10.25%.

I don't want to pay conversion fee to low down my interest rate. I have heard that SBI does not provide loan for Crossing Republic so don't want to waste my time there but is there any other nationalized bank which provides home loan for Crossing Republic and from where getting home loan is comparitively than SBI.
