The notice is hereby given that a Township Security Review Meeting with CIPL, Estate Managers & Security Head of every society of the township, Local Police and all the RWA/Adhoc Committees/AOA Representative of Crossings Republik Township will be held at Subway-1, Round About, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad on 13th July 2014 (Sunday) at 10 AM IST and the agenda is as follows:
1) Review of the Current Township Security and discuss on the solutions to improve it.
2) Implementation of the guidelines for the entire Play School & Crèche running in the township.
3) Implementation of the guidelines for Food Plaza, Galleria Market and other Shops within township.
4) Review the CCTV Camera Installed at many points in the township - Existing, Running and Proposal for new locations.
5) Discuss and find a solution to set up a Communication Systems between Township Security & Individual Society.
6) Rules and Regulations for Main Glass Gates and other entry gates of the township.
7) Timings for closure of shops inside the township.
8) Closure of unauthorized shops near Round About and Near Proview Labony and Temple.
9) Parking Issue near Galleria Market and Crossings Plaza should be evaluated.
10) Review of the PA (Public Announcement System) system.
11) Adequate Security Guard implementation on Shahberi Pulia & Gaur City Link Rod Pulia
12) Other discussion, if required.
