I am not sure but yes it may be higher than Rs. 20/unit.
Regular tripping of electricity during night is directly related to drawing of more power from the transformers as the capacity of these transformers cannot take that load, this can be confirmed by any Electrical Engineers. It can go to worse as more family moves in Crossing Republik.
