[CROMA] I want to check price in Osimo Tower Mahagun Mascot

 

Hi All

 

I have an apt in Osimo Tower at Mahagun Mascot. Its 1890 sq ft on 6th floor east facing (i didn't opt for preferential location i.e. park facing etc and club house ). It is bought in 2008 and all payment are done including (car parking, edc, fire fighting etc).

 

I am not in India and want to sell the house. I want to check with you all who are living there or know the area what should i put as selling price or what are the prevailing prices for this kind of house there.
