We have got the possession letter from Panchsheel Buildtech and they are asking hefty penalty for the duration when the loan was disbursed after the time as given in the booking letter.
I want to draw the attention of all the guys who bought the flat from him regarding this.
The delay was caused by the bank in the disbursement not by us then why they are charging the penalty. The same question was asked to the builder but he refused to comment on it and said the penalty has to be paid by the customer to take the possession.
1). They are charging the penalty @ 24% PA COMPOUND INTEREST which is not acceptable at all.
2). They have delayed the project by almost a year but haven't paid any penalty on it.
Please unite against this and take the case in consumer court.
