So paramount is not alone in cheating us if common area, parks & changing layouts...

My two cents on this...I have already filed a case against one of the builders in consumer court..the process is easy and very much affordable if you hire an advocate and can form a group of 3-4 people..I am advising an advocate, because there is a legal language which is supposed to be used while writing your case material and we people might not be adapt to it..an advocate can do it much better..
Also, hiring an advocate will allow you to file the case and get the first date, without a single visit to the court..though for the hearings, your presence will be required..
If you guys need an advocate, let me know..I can refer you to the one I consult..

Same is the case with many other builders within the township....
Can you please get the details on how to file such complaints...
Do we need to taake services of an advocate
Or we can go ahead directly...
And is the process of filing case in consumer courts very time consuming..

let us first compile all issues and then go ahead with the process..
