Perfectly agree Manish. 

Not discouraging anyone but asking to be more open. 
This is the social age.. we have groups on facebook and g+ , so more comf with knowing people who we are interacting with. 

I am a owner too in one of CR society and would like to have some platform to share this kind of info on rentals, buy/sell. 
Again I have noted below its a personal choice and wished good luck too. 
Can't ask more rt :)

I can understand you are one of us, but what's the point of asking all to join a group owned by you, unless we atleast know your name. ?

I find that rather creepy... But it's personal choice. Many others may have no issues with that.

Anyway, about me I am just a (dream) flat owner in one of the societies in Crossings, a software engineer by profession in an MNC in Noida and very much like an ordinary citizen of Crossings.
 
I am very much the one who is also a sufferer of the one sided sale deed of the builder, who was assured to get the possession of his flat in 2010 and yet waiting for that, who is also a sufferer the high maintenance charges, the Dumping ground mess, a suferer of not getting a penalty from the builder inspite of the delayed project and many more. But inspite of all those mess my aim is to contribute in making Crossings a better place to Live.
Recently I decided to buy another property in the Crossings, but my search lead me to no where, where the brokers are shining in this field. When we approach them to sell our property, they estimate its cost to very low, and when we approach to buy one they tell us the sky rocketing price. So just to ease the process I came with an idea of creating a group where it could be simplified for all of us without paying the brokerage.
 
Please let me know if any further authentication is required.
