Aqua Ion - RO - A 3rd class product as per my and some more residents experience

This is to share my experience with Aqua Ion RO. Please be cautious while dealing with this product and company.
As per my experience of last 1.5 years, this proved to be a 3rd class product right from very first day.
First year: so called Warrant period: Motor stopped working. filters choked, Multiple times leakage. Was fortunate to have this in 1 year warranty and company was new to society, they attended - But offcourse with multiple reminders and multiple calls.
Second Year and onwards: AMC period: Within 8 month of AMC multiple visits happened and still machine is not working. Now machine has come to a hault and not working at all. Not sure how trained there technicians are. Finally they declared, membrane is faulty and needs additional 1800/- (though it was working fine till the time there engineer visited and checked the machine).
So Guys, please be careful while dealing with this product and company - specially at the time of taking AMC - better it is to take some local dealer where you can visit any time and get the issues resolved.
Also email ids mentioned on their website are Fake – Try it out be sending a mail you will get delivery failure: Mail us at: service@aquaion.co.in, sales@aquaion.co.in
