Appreciate your inputs, seems like this got delayed again.
I just happen to find a RFQ floated to all vendors.
Moreover, I was surprised to notice that here RFQ doesn't stand for 'Request for Quote', it is just 'Request for Qualification'. Probably quote will be asked at a later stage adding one more step in the process :-)

Lets hope we see this expressway in next 4-5 years!!!!

I think this time it is not a gimmic as I have seen measurements being done along the NH24 stretch from crossing to sector 62 . Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for early expansion of NH24 .

I don't think there is any mention of the Hapur bypass in that article. They are talking about other highways.
