I think this time it is not a gimmic as I have seen measurements being done along the NH24 stretch from crossing to sector 62 . Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for early expansion of NH24 .

I don't think there is any mention of the Hapur bypass in that article. They are talking about other highways.
