Hello,
People are aware of their surroundings they just don't bother about it. We through garbage on streets and we do wrong side driving.
We should not do this but what to do, we still do it, this has entered into our blood like a bug and our brain has stopped reciprocating to good things.
Its just the matter of one small step by us and everything will come on its place automatically.
Those small steps need to be taken by us only and no policing or a body like CROMA will help to spread awareness, and why should they do it first of all. Are uneducated and Dumb to know this.
It is a question of asking Why we cannot do it, are we dumb to act like that or do we feel that we are born with a golden spoon and someone else will clean it for me.
Residents think about it and do your bit to make your surroundings from traffic chaos and keep our township clean.
